Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

Welcome to Twisted Clovers Training Courses (“Twisted Clovers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online courses, educational materials, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase or access our courses.

1. About Twisted Clovers Training Courses

Twisted Clovers Training Courses provides online educational courses and resources related to dog training, puppy development, behavior, handling, and responsible dog ownership.

Our courses are designed to provide educational information and practical training guidance. They are not intended to replace individualized advice from a qualified veterinarian, veterinary behaviorist, certified professional dog trainer, or other appropriate professional when such services are necessary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission and involvement from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or access our courses.

By using our website or purchasing a course, you represent that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Course Purchases and Access

When you purchase a course, you are purchasing a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own educational purposes.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual course sales page:

  • Course access is provided to the purchaser associated with the account.

  • Your course access may not be shared with other individuals.

  • You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise provide your course login or materials to another person.

  • Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, republished, or redistributed without written permission from Twisted Clovers.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account or course materials are being misused.

Specific courses may have different access periods, enrollment terms, or requirements. Any such terms will be disclosed on the applicable course sales page.

4. Account Information

Certain courses or services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Keeping your account information current

  • All activity that occurs through your account

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized manner.

5. Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Payment may be processed through a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including errors caused by technical or typographical issues.

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may suspend or terminate access to the associated course until the payment issue is resolved.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our courses provide immediate access to digital educational content, purchases may be subject to the refund policy displayed on the applicable course sales or checkout page.

Unless a different refund policy is specifically stated for a particular course, all digital course purchases are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed.

If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance that warrants consideration for a refund, you may contact us at the email address listed below. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If a course includes a specific refund guarantee or satisfaction policy, the terms of that guarantee will take precedence over this general provision.

7. Course Content Is Educational

Our courses are intended to provide general educational information and training guidance.

Every dog is an individual. Training outcomes can vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Age

  • Breed

  • Genetics

  • Temperament

  • Health

  • Environment

  • Previous experiences

  • Training history

  • Handler consistency

  • Reinforcement history

  • The specific behavior being addressed

We do not guarantee that you or your dog will achieve a particular training result, behavior change, certification, performance level, or other outcome from completing one of our courses.

8. Animal Safety and Professional Judgment

Dog training involves working with animals and may involve situations that carry inherent risks.

You are responsible for using appropriate judgment and taking reasonable precautions when implementing techniques discussed in our courses.

You should stop a training exercise if your dog appears distressed, injured, ill, fearful, aggressive, or otherwise unable to safely participate.

You should consult an appropriate veterinary or qualified behavior professional when a dog's behavior may be related to pain, illness, injury, severe fear, aggression, or another condition requiring individualized assessment.

Nothing contained in our courses should be interpreted as veterinary medical advice, veterinary diagnosis, or a substitute for professional veterinary care.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Twisted Clovers Training Courses makes no guarantees regarding the results you may achieve through use of our courses or materials.

Completion of a course does not guarantee that:

  • Your dog will perform a particular behavior

  • A behavior problem will be resolved

  • Your dog will become suitable for a particular purpose

  • Your dog will qualify as a service, therapy, sport, working, or assistance dog

  • Your dog will pass a temperament evaluation

  • Your dog will pass a certification or examination

  • Your dog will behave in a particular manner in every environment

Training is a process, and results depend on many factors outside of our control.

10. Not a Substitute for Individualized Training

Our online courses provide general education and instruction. They are not a substitute for individualized assessment or hands-on training when those services are necessary.

If your dog presents a significant safety concern, serious aggression, severe anxiety or fear, bite history, or another behavior that may create a risk to people or animals, seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
